Sage Freezing or Slow when running large reports

If you are unsure about approaching this issue please call our helpdesk as you can irreversibly damage your PC if you are not careful

You need to exclude several folders and files shares (if you are using the networked edition) from Eset realtime scanning. Full list to exclude is as follows (not all will be needed):

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\*.*                

C:\Program   Files\Common Files\Sage Line50\*.*                

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage   SBD\*.*                

 C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage Shared\*.*                

C:\Program   Files\Sage\*.*                 \\"SageShare"\Accounts\ACCDATA\*.*              




Additionally we need to turn of the real-time scanning of network drives in the following location under media to scan:
